October 17, 2013
On September 10, 2013, I performed 32 curl-ups, 10 regular push-ups, and 96 step-ups with a heart rate 220 bpm on the 3 minute step-up test. Compared to October 2, 2013, I didn't improve much. On October 2nd I performed 35 curl-ups, 10 regular push-ups, and 96 step-ups with a heart rate of 210 bpm on the 3 minute step-up test.
I didn't improve much due to one thing most likely. I didn't improve much on the curl-ups and push-ups probably due to being lazy. I've been trying to perform my assessments at home, but I wait right before I go to bed. I tell myself sometimes "I'm too tired, I'll do them tomorrow night." but it doesn't happen alot. I think to myself sometimes "Maybe if I push myself during day to do them, I'll improve more.", but I really don't think about exercising until at night! This will change though and I will improve.
How can I improve? Their are a couple ways actually. I could motivate myself more. Push myself to do the assessments when I don't feel like doing them earlier in the day. I could do more active things to be energized to do my workout. I can also lift more weights to improve my muscular strength so I can do more push-ups.
